Heather's responsibilities include welcoming new clients, running viewing sessions for portraits, and helping clients choose how to display their images. Heather also coordinates the work of all staff members and keeps the office running smoothly.

Also hailing from England, she is often mistaken for Neil's wife, but this is definitely not the case! Although she is the only member of staff without any formal training in photography, the experience she has gained whilst working in the studio gives her a real insight into the business.

When not in the studio Heather juggles her time between swim practice, girl scouts, gymnastics and jump rope with her two children. She does not drive a minivan. Yet!
